Charles Rennie Mackintosh is one of Glasgow's most famous architects, and his unique style is truly world-renowned. His architectural legacy in Glasgow includes the Glasgow Herald Building (recently refurbished as the Lighthouse), the Martyr's Public School, Queen's Cross Church, The Willow Tea Rooms, Scotland Street School, and the Glasgow School of Art - as well as the beautiful House for an Art Lover.
Charles Rennie Mackintosh is also famous for his art and design, and the Willow Tearooms preserves the building interiors in the manner of the original Mackintosh design.
